When the Persians conquered Babylonia in 538 bc, Cyrus the Great allowed the Jews to return to their homeland, where they soon set to work to replace the magnificent Temple of Jerusalem that the Babylonians had destroyed. החברה מציעה כל מגרש במחיר של החל מ-280,000 ₪, כאשר בשל אטרקטיביות העסקה ניתן יהיה לקבל מימון של עד 50% מהסכום מבנקים למשכנתאות. החברה בדקה כי ערכה של קרקע מאושרת לבנייה נאמד כיום בכ-2,500,000 ₪!
