Manics are awesome and its great they won. The album is definitely the album of the year in my book, its fantastic and shows the guys are back on form. Its easy to get on the bandwagon of disliking old quality bands for new bands who just follow the commercial trends. These guys have actual talent and its great when its recognised!

Hats off to Q for still supporting them and knowing a good band when they see it!

Manics are absolutely amazing, they really deserved to win best track and should have definately won best album as Send Away The Tigers is a brilliant album. All those people that think they are shite, well you are 'completely' WRONG! They are awsome live and have created brilliant music! HA!

Again no Bloc Party despite having two of the best singles of the year Hunting for witches, The Prayer and also Song for Clay is better than Hurricane Ruby and Hard Fi. Seriously why weren't BLoc Party nominated for anything. Still at least the Manics won, Best of an average bunch

Knights of Cydonia is pompus nonsense from a way overrated band.

Your Love Alone is an honest, catchy, pop/rock song and deserves to win. It's a good thing that Q readers have some taste.
